Defender set to miss the next four weeks
The Daily Star report that Vincent Kompany is set to be out of action for at least another month, and quote Manuel Pellegrini as saying "Vincent is far away from comeback as he needs at least three weeks more to recover from his muscle injury. After that it is not only to be fit from his injury he must be 100 per cent fit to play a game."
Bersant Celina, who made his first team debut in the recent FA Cup win against Norwich, is ready to leave the club on loan to further his development, according to the Manchester Evening News. Meanwhile, Sky Sports claim that Celtic are in talks to sign winger Patrick Roberts on loan until the end of the season.
Finally, The Sun have been forced to apologise to Yaya Toure after publishing a series of articles about the midfielder over the past 12 months. Toure took to social media to say "I am glad this stressful situation for me and my family is now resolved. It is not easy to see things that are not true about your personal life printed in the media. Thank you to my lawyers and management for helping me fight to correct this."
