City to face FC Copenhagen in Champions League Round of 16

Holders will play Danish champions in first knock out stage

City will face FC Copenhagen in the last 16 of the Champions League, following the draw in Lyon on Monday morning.

The holders qualified from Group G with an exemplary record, securing top spot with six wins out of six.

Copenhagen, meanwhile, finished as runners-up in Group A, ahead of Galatasaray and Manchester United.

The first leg will be played in Copenhagen, with the return in Manchester a few weeks later.

The exact dates have not been announced yet, but the games are scheduled to be played on 13/14/20/21 February and 5/6/12/13 March 2024,
