"Perhaps, Possibly, Maybe" - new Bluemoon Podcast online now
By David Mooney, Fri 06 January 2017 11:03
Sam Roscoe is joined by Howard Hockin and Jonathan Smith to discuss Burnley and Liverpool, amongst other things
It's been an interesting week for Manchester City - and Sam Roscoe has enlisted the help of ESPN's Jonathan Smith and our very own Howard Hockin to pick the bones out of everything that's happened. It's been a tough time for Pep Guardiola, who was clearly grumpy after the win over Burnley and the loss to Liverpool - the panel work out why and go through the talking points of those games. Is there a discipline problem at the club with the seventh suspension of the season with Fernandinho's third red card in six games? We try to get to the bottom of the naughty behaviour. It's also Guardiola's debut in the FA Cup, so David Mooney's been looking back at previous managers' first seasons in that competition, while we also discuss what impact Gabriel Jesus will have now he's arrived and we ponder on potential January signings.
