Sergio Aguero, Fernandinho and Nicolas Otamedi are all suspended for the trip to the Walkers Stadium. Fernandinho and Aguero are serving three and four game bans respectively for their red cards against Chelsea, whilst Otamendi picked up his fifth booking of the season in the same game. On a brighter note, Raheem Sterling and Fabian Delph are fit again, leaving Vincent Kompany as City's only injury.

Leicester have struggled domestically this season, but comfortably won their Champions League group, and Pep Guardiola has warned his players not to underestimate tomorrow's opposition.

“What I saw with Leicester they remain a very good team, I have a lot of respect for Claudio - what happened last season was amazing, in the way they did it and what they did.

“Sometimes - now they are in UCL - they were first in their group stage, maybe the players were so focused on UCL, sometimes you can’t focus as much on Premier League.”

City's last away game at the Walkers Stadium ended in a 0-0 draw. Overall City have won 44 of the 95 games played against Leicester, with 24 draws and 27 defeats.
