Striker scores his second goal of Copa America in as many games
Sergio Aguero secured a tense victory for Argentina over fierce rivals Uruguay, to leave the tournament favourites on four points after two games. The striker scored a diving header in the second half following a fine cross from City team mate Pablo Zabaleta.
Argentina were frustrated in their opening game, after throwing away a two goal lead to draw with Paraguay, but are now on course to win their group, thus avoiding a quarter-final clash with Brazil.
Their final group game is against Jamaica on Saturday evening.
