Sergio Aguero Wins Bluemoon Player of the Month Award

Striker gets 58% of vote after scoring four goals in as many games

Sergio Aguero has been voted as the Bluemoon Player of the Month for April, winning 58% of the vote. David Silva finished second with 13%, and Joe Hart came third (11%).

It is the Argentine's third successive award, having also been voted as player of the month in February and March, and caps off a fine month for the striker.

Aguero netted four times in as many games last month, with a brace at Old Trafford followed by goals in the victories against West Ham and Aston Villa.

He is currently on course to win the Golden Boot award, having scored 22 league goals this season - two more than nearest rival Harry Kane.
