Blues enjoy relatively quiet transfer deadline day
City enjoyed a relatively tranquil transfer deadline day on Monday, with no major incoming or outgoing moves from the club.
Jayden Braaf has joined Udinese on a six-month loan, with an option for the Serie A side to make the deal permanent, whilst goalkeeper Aro Muric has moved to Willem II in Holland, also on loan.
Defender Taylor Harwood-Bellis has joined Blackburn Rovers on loan for the remainder of the season, and expressed his delight at moving to the Championship side:
"I can’t put into words how excited I am about the move.
“I know all about the history in the club and grew up during a period where Rovers were in the Premier League. It’s an honour to play for a big club like this and I can’t wait to get out there on the pitch. It's is a big club at the right end of the Championship with big aspirations.
“Rovers is a sleeping giant really, a club that wants to go up, it’s a Premier League club really. To come here, to get experience at a big club, it’s the right club for me to come to."
City have also agreed a deal to sign the Rochdale forward Kwadwo Baah at the end of the season. It is understood Baah will sign a pre-contract agreement with City that will involve him seeing out the season at Rochdale before making the move.
