Case will be heard in Switzerland between 8th-10th June
City's appeal against a two-year European ban imposed by UEFA will begin on June 8th at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
The hearing is scheduled to last for three days, but it is unclear as yet whether their appeal will be heard in person or via video link, as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
UEFA launched an investigation after hacked emails published by the German newspaper Der Spiegel alleged that City had artifically inflated the value of a sponsorship deal.
A two-year ban and £30m fine was announced in February, and was met with a fierce response from the Blues, who said they were "disappointed but not surprised" by the "prejudicial" decision.
