Vincent Kompany is available again after missing the victory against West Ham with a muscle problem, whilst John Stones is also in the squad after recovering from an adductor injury. Sergio Aguero's rehabilitation is going well, according to manager Pep Guardiola, and the forward should be fine in time for the World Cup this summer.

City will be presented with the Premier League trophy after the Huddersfield game, and Guardiola is keen to break as many records as possible in City's remaining fixtures.

“What we have to think about is winning another game when that happens we will break huge records,” he said.

“But the target is to play good. We are here 10 months fighting every week to do this.

“We ask our fans to come, enjoy the 90 minutes and for a lot of us it will be the first time we have done this.

“There are 20 players and a lot of staff who have never won the Premier League - so we are going to enjoy it.”

City's last home game against the Terriers The Etihad ended in a 5-1 victory for the Blues in the fifth round of the 2017 FA Cup, with goals from Leroy Sane, Sergio Aguero (2), Pablo Zabaleta and Kelechi Iheanacho. Overall City have won 26 of the 77 games played against Huddersfield, with 29 draws and 22 defeats.
