Guardiola named as Premier League Manager of the Month for November

Boss wins the award for third successive month

Pep Guardiola has been named as the Premier League Manager of the Month for November, after the Blues won all four of their league matches last month.

It caps a fine start to the 2017/18 season for Guardiola, as he becomes only the second manager to win the award for three successive months.

A 3-1 victory against Arsenal was followed by a 2-0 win away at Leicester. Late winners from Raheem Sterling against both Huddersfield and Southampton saw the Blues take a maximum twelve points to consolidate their lead at the top of the Premier League.

City also won Champions League games against Napoli and Feyenoord during November. Meanwhile, youngster Phil Foden was named as the Premier League 2 Player of the Month.
