Vincent Kompany and Benjamin Mendy are City's only absentees for the visit of Burnley tomorrow. Sean Dyche's side have made an impressive start to their Premier League campaign, recording victories at Stamford Bridge and Goodison Park, as well as drawing at Spurs and Liverpool, and Pep Guardiola is expecting a difficult game:

“They deserve a lot of credit,” Guardiola said. “They were in the Championship and then Premier League. A lot of respect for what they have done.

“They had a lot of problems last season to win away, but this season they have taken points at Chelsea, Liverpool, Tottenham, Everton.

“They are masters at attacking the channel. They always defend a lot of people in the box. They are physically strong. We have to play quick, take advantage.

“Their results away have been fantastic.

"Last season we dropped a lot points in Premier League and that is why we could not fight until the end with Chelsea and Tottenham.

"Hopefully tomorrow our fans come back again and support us, especially in the bad moments. The way we play Napoli is totally different to Burnley. We have to adapt."

City's last home game against the Clarets ended in a 2-1 win, with Gael Clichy and Sergio Aguero netting for the Blues. Overall City have won 42 of the 96 games played against Burnley, with 24 draws and 30 defeats.
