City to face Plymouth Argyle in FA Cup fifth round

Blues will play Liverpool's conquerors in last sixteen

City will face Plymouth Argyle in the last 16 of the FA Cup, following the draw on Monday evening.

The Blues qualified after defeating Leyton Orient 2-1 at the Gaughan Group Stadium, whilst Plymouth caused a major upset by knocking out Liverpool on Sunday afternoon.

The two sides last met in 1989, with the Blues running out as 2-0 winners with goals from Wayne Biggins and Neil McNab.

The tie will be played at The Etihad Stadium arounf the first week of March.
