Phil Foden and Kyle Walker are both doubts for the visit of Luton Town, with manager Pep Guardiola expected to ring the changes after the midweek exertions in Madrid.
“We are training this afternoon so we will know better how they feel”, he said at Friday's press conference.
“[On Phil] I would like to tell you, but I didn’t speak to the doctors. After the press conference, we have a meeting, and we will see.
“[As for Kyle], I don’t know right now. Honestly I would tell you. Josko was a doubt for Madrid, but our physios did an incredible job, and he could play.”
City won their last game against Luton 6-2, with goals from Erling Haaland (5) and Mateo Kovacic. Overall City have won 22 of the 51 games played against the Hatters, with 15 draws and 14 defeats.
Predicted line-up: Ortega, Lewis, Akanji, Dias, Gvardiol, Kovacic, Nunes, De Bruyne, Bobb, Doku, Alvarez
