City to host Chelsea in Carabao Cup Third Round

Blues face tough challenge in all Premier League clash

City will host Chelsea in the third round of the Carabao Cup following the draw on Wednesday evening. The game will be played on the week commencing November 7th 2022.

The two teams last met in the competition in the 2019 final, with Pep Guardiola's side winning 4-3 on penalties.

The Blues have lifted the trophy in four of the previous five years, and will be looking to improve on last season's performance where they were knocked out by West Ham in the fourth round.
