Gabriel Jesus misses out on the trip to Leipzig with an injury sustained at Watford on Saturday, whilst Joao Cancelo, Rodri and Bernardo Silva have been given a deserved rest following their recent exertions.
Youngsters Cole Palmer, James McAtee, Romeo Lavia, Joshua Wilson-Esbrand and Conrad Egan-Riley have all made the trip, and will be hoping to feature as manager Pep Guardiola will rotate his squad with qualification already assured.
"It's an incredible experience in Europe, maybe tomorrow some can play minutes. We have five substitutions and maybe we can use them," said Guardiola.
"Of course, all the guys who play tomorrow want to win. We have respect for the competition. Every game is a good opportunity to improve and there are many things we can do better."
City won the reverse fixture at the Etihad against Leipzig 6-3, with Nathan Ake, Nordi Mukiele (og), Riyad Mahrez, Jack Grealish, Joao Cancelo and Gabriel Jesus scoring for the Blues. This is the only previous meetig between the two clubs.
