Title contenders clash at Anfield on New Year's Eve

City’s main issue this season has been their mistakes defensively. John Stones, brought in to the team in the summer, has had a bit of a tough time at the start of his Manchester City career. However, going forward Liverpool look just as threatening. Adam Lallana, Divock Origi and Sadio Mane are still in top form for the reds. Their main worry, like Man City, is defensively. Loris Karius has come under criticism in recent fixtures after some questionable goalkeeping.
