Seven City players representing their countries in France
City have seven players representing their respective countries at this summer's European Championships in France. The tournament has been extended to 24 teams for the first time ever, and promises to be an exciting showcase of the best talent on the continent.
Joe Hart and Raheem Sterling are both on England duty, although Fabian Delph misses out after being cut from the initial 26 man squad, following a season disrupted by injury. Roy Hodgson's side are 9/1 to win the tournament, after drawing their opening game 1-1 with Russia.
David Silva is due to make his 100th appearance for Spain, joining an elite group of players that include Iker Casillas, Sergio Ramos, Andres Iniesta and Cesc Fabregas. The Spanish midfielder is rated at 40/1 to be voted Player of the Tournament, whilst his side are third favourites to win the competition at 5/1.
Hosts and favourites France can boast City's defensive duo of Bacary Sagna and Eliaquim Mangala amongst their ranks, and are as low as 3/1 with some bookmakers. Les Bleus won their opening game 2-1 against Romania, thanks to a superb last minute Dmitri Payet goal.
The City contingent is completed by Jason Denayer and Kevin De Bruyne, who have both been named in Marc Wilmot's Belgian squad. The midfield playmaker enjoyed a succesful first season in Manchester and is 16/1 for the Player of the Tournament award, whilst his national side are 10/1 to win the competition outright.
