From the OS TBH if you've your ticket has not arrived i would get to the ground well before the 2pm as stated it looks like its going to be busy.

The majority of Seasoncards, Citycards, Live4City and Accesscards for the new season have now been despatched. Any remaining cards will be despatched by first class post today so supporters should receive their cards no later than Saturday August 8.

Supporters may be aware that a series of postal strikes are scheduled to commence on Friday August 7. For supporters who have already purchased their seat for the friendly game against Celtic, if your membership card does not arrive and you do not already have a paper ticket, please go the Stadium Queries Office (next to the Matchday Box Office) upon arrival at the stadium.

Supporters will then receive a duplicate paper ticket which will allow them access to the stadium. If possible, supporters are kindly requested to collect any duplicate tickets before 2pm on Saturday

Yet another shambles by our beloved club. We pay our renewal before the end of May they organise a game for 8th August and by the 7th August we are still waiting for our tickets.

Surely with the vast sums of money now available to them they could get the tickets out at least a week before the Celtic game?

They then have the cheek to suggest you get there before 2.00pm as the queues could be extremely long.

I sometimes despair of our Club if there is a cock up to be had then they somehow manage to achieve it.

I am having an absolute nightmare with tickets online AND over the phone (with no thanks to a certain Vicky Pollard I've just spoken to on the ticketline)

I've called ticketline and given my supporter number, which was accepted after veryfying my name. "Great", I say, asking to book a ticket for the Celtic game tomorrow. "You can't do that"... What? Why? "There is no information coming up on your card" (she just confirmed my name for god sake.) She then asked that I contact Customer Services - but couldn't transfer me apparantly. This is after waiting 20 minutes to get through.

My mate originally sorted out my accesscard online, obviously using my details for my card. He couldn't remember his password for his online account so I've filled out the 'forgotton password' page and had the email back, which reads:

Dear Mr .....

Yes, NO PASSWORD. What a complete shambles.

Cue going down to the ground early tomorrow to queue for an opensale ticket which causes a huge inconvinence as I'm travelling with friends.

Thanks City.

Also, I understand that some Live4City cards that were upgraded to a season ticket for this year ( I did this for my son), caused a system problem , so maybe later than this date, and could be towards the end of next week I'm told.

If I remember, if you've never set a password before it's your postcode, then you have to change it. It used to tell you somewhere on the city site, not sure since they've upgraded it though.
