City given home tie in quarter finals after defeating Crystal Palace
City have been handed a home tie against Hull City in the quarter finals of the Capital One Cup, following a comfortable 5-1 victory agianst Crystal Palace in the fourth round.
With Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United already eliminated, Manuel Pellegrini will be optimistic about his team's prospects in the competition that he previously won in 2014.
Steve Bruce's side secured their place in the last eight after beating Leicester City on penalties on Tuesday evening.
The tie will take place from the week commencing 30 November.
