Blues drawn away from home for tenth successive time
Manchester City will face West Bromwich Albion in the third round of the EFL Cup, following Thursday's draw in Beijing which controversially took place at 4.15am BST.
It is the tenth time in succession that the Blues have been drawn away from home in domestic cup competitions, with nine of those games being played against top flight opposition.
Games will be played in the week commencing 18 September.
