Vincent Kompany is available for selection, despite being substituted at half-time in the midweek EFL Cup defeat to Manchester United.

“Vincent didn’t play the second half because he was tired,” Pep Guardiola said at today's press conference. “That was the reason why.”

Fabian Delph misses out once again, but Bacary Sagna, Pablo Zabaleta and Kevin De Bruyne are recovering well from their respective injuries. Guardiola refused, however, to confirm if they would be ready to face the Baggies.

“They are getting better,” he said. “Right now I cannot answer. They are getting better - but I cannot answer if they will play at West Brom.”

Should Zabaleta and Sagna fail to recover in time, then youngster Pablo Maffeo could be handed his full Premier League debut after impressing at Old Trafford.

City's last away game at The Hawthorns ended in a 3-0 victory, with David Silva, Yaya Toure and Vincent Kompany scoring in the opening game of the 2015/16 season. Overall City have won 66 of the 149 games played against The Baggies, with 29 draws and 54 defeats.
