Fabian Delph and Bacary Sagna were the only two names absent from the Manchester City squad that travelled to Catalonia on Tuesday. Sergio Aguero and Nolito are expected to be recalled to the starting XI, having appeared as substitutes during the 1-1 draw with Everton, whilst skipper Vincent Kompany is also pushing for a return.

City have lost both previous visits to the Nou Camp, but Pep Guardiola is adamant that his side won't play for a draw.

"I have never thought about the next game thinking a draw would be a good result.

"Of course it is complicated. No win in Glasgow means we have to take points off Barcelona there or here, and especially in Germany as well.

"We have four games left, we have to win two. We have to make six points to be in the next step.

"We are going to try to win the first points in the next game. That is sure."

City's last away game against Barcelona ended in a 1-0 defeat, with Ivan Rakitic netting the only goal of the game. Overall City have lost all four of the games played against Barcelona.
