David Faupala

City completed the signing of 18-year-old forward David Faupala from Lens in July 2015.
Faupala, who has featured for France at Under-18 level, joins City on a free transfer after his contract with Lens expired earlier this summer,signing a three year deal at the club. He has worked his way through the youth teams at national level, playing for France's Under-16s, Under-17s and Under-18s.
The teenager has a powerful shot on him and, at a height of 6ft; Faupala has a strong aerial presence and joined NAC Breda on a season long loan in August 2016.
Faupala returned from his loan at Breda due to lack of game time and subsequently joined Chesterfield on loan in January 2017
